Mark Grindrod
DMC customer service expert Mark Grindrod has more than 20 years experience
in the hospitality industry. He has been general manager of hotels in major chains
including Macdonald Hotels, New Forest Hotels and Care Hotels and held senior
management positions with De Vere Group. Alongside his consultancy work Mark
is also a qualified NVQ assessor specialising in customer service, hospitality
and management.
David Mascord
David has been a magazine journalist, training manager at major magazine and
web publisher Reed Business Information, and director of two limited companies.
He delivers written communication training and facilitates team days and
strategy events. David has also acted as external examiner for journalism
courses at the University of Wales and the University of Westminster.
He still writes for business magazines.
Christina Simons
Christina Simons began her career as a manager in the hospitality industry in the UK, Germany, Australia and New Zealand, which included spells working for Gardner Merchant and Cambridge University. Christina then moved into journalism before founding an award-winning PR and conference management agency in 1992. Christina has extensive experience of training staff in media skills and personal effectiveness. |
